Founding Chapter Recruitment Begins
Community leaders worldwide are invited to register founding chapters. Outreach to major cities with known NjangiBase populations.
First 5 Founding Chapters
Target: 5 founding chapters across at least 3 countries. Virtual info sessions for potential chapter presidents.
Founding Chapter Registration Closes
Last day to register as a Founding Chapter. Wall of Fame's Founding Chapter section closes permanently after this date.
Wall of Fame Goes Live
All founding chapters and early donors are publicly honored on the Wall of Fame at njangibase.com/wall-of-fame.
Member Enrollment Drive
"Bring 5" campaign launches — each member recruits 5 more. Virtual town halls in each zone. Member registration tutorials published.
Virtual Town Halls
Three zone-based virtual town hall events. Chapter president testimonial campaigns. Platform feature previews.
Platform Beta Testing
Founding chapters get early access to test the platform. Feedback incorporated. Final adjustments made before launch.
Final Countdown (30 Days)
Daily countdown posts. "Meet Your Network" member spotlights. Pre-launch events in key cities. Launch day livestream preparation.
NjangiBase Official Launch
The NjangiBase goes live. Campaigns can be submitted. Contributions can be collected. Families in crisis get help within 48 hours.
First Campaign Cycle Completed
The first solidarity campaigns are completed, proving the model works at scale.
Year 1 Impact Report
Comprehensive report on the NjangiBase's first year: families helped, funds disbursed, chapters active, lessons learned.
